Exciting nationwide Project Manager opportunity for a leading tier 1 construction and fit out company.
About the role of Project Manager:
Working on commercial nationwide fit out projects valued around £10 million, with a focus on CAT A & CAT B for schools, offices and health care.
Responsibilities for Project Manager:
- Acting as No.1 on site reporting to an Operations Director
- Running the project from start to finish
- Day to day Client interaction
- Ensuring programme is met
Requirements for Project Manager:
- Experience working at a Tier 1 or Tier 2 main contractor
- Experience working as a Project Manager on projects valued up to £10 million
- CAT A and CAT B experience
- Commercial fit out experience for schools, offices or health care
