About the Role
The Construction Manager is responsible for the overall planning, coordination, and execution of RC Frame construction projects. This includes developing and managing budgets, schedules, and resources; ensuring compliance with all applicable codes and regulations; and resolving any construction-related issues.
- Previous experience in develop and manage budgets, schedules, and resources for RC Frame construction projects.
- Ensure compliance with all applicable codes and regulations.
- Resolve any construction-related issues.
- Coordinate the work of subcontractors and vendors.
- Inspect and approve work quality.
- Manage safety and risk on construction sites.
- Ensure that projects are completed on time and within budget.
About the requirements
- Ideally hold a bachelor's degree in construction management or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in RC Frame construction.
- Strong project management and organizational skills.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

Salary range of £70,0000 - £85,000 per annum.
