This role will involve an element of SEN, so candidates with experience and knowledge of any SEN, particularly (mild to moderate) Autism, are encouraged to apply. Previous experience with SEN, whether personal or professional, is essential for consideration. Experience with PECS or Phonics would be highly advantageous. The ideal candidate should have prior experience working 1:1 or in small groups with children.
