Are you committed to supporting students? Our inclusive primary school in Birmingham, B23, is seeking a SEND Teaching Assistant to provide vital support in the classroom.
What You'll Do:
- Assist in the development and implementation of personalised learning plans for students with SEND.
- Provide one-on-one and small group support to help students access the curriculum.
- Collaborate with teachers and the SENCO to create an inclusive learning environment.
What We're Looking For:
- A caring and empathetic individual with experience working with SEND students.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to adapt to the needs of the students.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work as part of a team.
