Forklift Drivers – Reach and Counterbalance

Location: Corby, Northamptonshire

Shift Pattern: Monday-Friday, 06:00-14:00 or 14:00-22:00 (Fixed or rotating shift)

Pay Rate: £13.71 p/h, overtime paid after 37.5 hours (£27.42 p/h)

Igloo is currently recruiting Forklift Drivers for a client in Corby. We are seeking candidates with valid Counterbalance and Reach licences. If your licence has expired, don’t worry - our client offers in-house refresher courses to get you back on track.

The Role:

• Load and unload containers and trailers.
• Safely store stock in racking.
• Retrieve products from racking for order pickers.
• Working with the order pickers to keep the workplace clean and safe.
• Some heavy lifting involved, so will need to be physically fit.

What We’re Looking For:

• Valid Reach and Counterbalance forklift licences (in-house refresher courses available if your licence has expired).
• Reliable, punctual, and able to follow instructions.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

This role is commutable: Burton Latimer, Desborough, Kettering, Market Harborough, Northampton, Oundle, Rothwell, Thrapston, Peterborough & Wellingborough.
