Who We Are Looking For:

  • Ambitious and Experienced HR Professional: A minimum of 3+ years of HR management experience with a successful track record.

  • CIPD Qualified: Must hold at least a CIPD Level 5 qualification.
  • Strong Communication Skills: Ability to engage and influence at all levels within the organization.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and Implement HR Strategy: Establish clear HR systems and processes aligned with business goals.
  • Policy and Procedure Management: Ensure all company policies are up-to-date and compliant with current legislation.
  • Employee Training and Development: Oversee the HR training and development programs for all employees.
  • Recruitment and Diversity: Manage the recruitment process and promote workplace diversity.
  • Onboarding and Benefits: Oversee onboarding processes for new hires and manage the company’s benefits program.
  • Mental Health and Wellbeing: Serve as a mental health support officer and lead wellbeing initiatives.
  • Team Building and Social Events: Organize team events and lead the Social Committee.
  • HR Reporting and Support: Provide HR reports and expert guidance to senior management, while championing a positive workplace culture.
