Who We Are Looking For:

- CIPD Qualified: Must hold at least a CIPD Level 5 qualification.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and Implement HR Strategy: Establish clear HR systems and processes aligned with business goals.
- Policy and Procedure Management: Ensure all company policies are up-to-date and compliant with current legislation.
- Employee Training and Development: Oversee the HR training and development programs for all employees.
- Recruitment and Diversity: Manage the recruitment process and promote workplace diversity.
- Onboarding and Benefits: Oversee onboarding processes for new hires and manage the company’s benefits program.
- Mental Health and Wellbeing: Serve as a mental health support officer and lead wellbeing initiatives.
- Team Building and Social Events: Organize team events and lead the Social Committee.
- HR Reporting and Support: Provide HR reports and expert guidance to senior management, while championing a positive workplace culture.
