Key Stage 2 (KS2) Teacher - Supply Basis!

Position: KS2 Supply Teacher

Location: Dudley and surrounding areas

Role and Responsibilities:

  • Deliver engaging lessons to KS2 students which will be left by the Class Teacher. (You may however be asked to plan your own!)
  • Create a supportive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages active learning.
  • Mark the pupils work at the end of the day ready to hand over to the permanent class teacher.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure you’re comfortable with delivering the work left and have all the resources required
  • Foster a positive and respectful classroom culture, promoting good behavior and social skills.
  • Encourage students to explore their interests and develop a love for learning.

Requirements:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
  • Experience teaching KS2 is advantageous.
  • A deep understanding of the KS2 curriculum and effective teaching methodologies.
  • Strong classroom management skills and the ability to engage and motivate young learners.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build positive relationships with students, parents, and colleagues.

Pay  

Salary is dependent on experience, training or qualifications. The minimum experience, training or qualifications required for this role is a QTS and experience we are able to obtain references for in a Primary School Setting.
