Position Title: Sales Administrator

Salary: £25k

Type: Full-time, Permanent, Office based.


We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Sales Administrator with excellent experience in; Data Entry, Sales Order Processing and Sage, to join a buzzing sales team to support there Sales Administration. 

Key Responsibilities of a Sales Administrator: 

  • Answering inbound calls whilst maintaining a warm and professional manner, transferring call to relevant departments.
  • Efficiently processing sales orders
  • General Administration tasks include but aren’t limited to, scanning, laminating, archiving and photocopying.
  • Providing administrative support to the wider company if needed due to holidays/absences.
  • Collating necessary sales order information, including quotes, drawings, and any relevant documentation from previous jobs
  • Reviewing order information prior to processing
  • Inputting sales order details into the company’s internal systems ensuring accuracy.
  • Issuing pro-forma invoices and credit account applications to new customers
  • Generating and sending order acknowledgments
  • Verifying accurate product times completion dates

 What we are looking for in a Sales Administrator:

  • Minimum of 2 Years Administration experience required
  • Minimum of 1 Year Data Entry experience required
  • Familiarity with MS packages essential
  • Experience working with SAGE would be desirable
  • Experience with Network systems would be desirable
  • Previous experience dealing with Quotation and  Engineer drawings would be desirable
  •  Self-motivated and focused with the ability to use own initative and problem solve
  • Excellent attention to detail, with high levels of accuracy & a commitment to quality
  • Strong Professional and courteous communication skills
  • Positive attitude to innovation & change
