Partner Business Manager - Desk Based

Location: Brockworth (Hybrid working) 

Salary: £30,000 - £35,000 Per Annum + uncapped commission (Double OTE) 

Hours: Mon - Fri, 9am to 5pm

Onecom Partners is seeking a talented Partner Business Manager to join our desk based team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in maintaining and developing relationships with our valued partners, ensuring their success and maximising revenue.

Key Responsibilities

  • Regular calls, video calls, and meetings with partners
  • Supporting partners to increase sales, maximise profitability, and growth
  • Managing relationships with partners at all levels
  • Supporting partner complaints through to resolution
  • Actively seeking new partner and product opportunities
  • Supporting the development of our sales accreditation process
  • Supporting partner onboarding and enablement
  • Presenting realistic forecasts for partners
  • Demonstrating effective communication and integration with cross-functional teams
  • Understanding the technology, business strategies, and market forces influencing partner decisions

The Ideal Candidate:

  • Experience in the telecommunications industry (within channel or direct) 
  • Strong customer service skills and a passion for providing excellent partner experiences
  • Logical, consistent, and accurate work style
  • Enthusiastic, self-motivated, and flexible
  • Ability to multitask and prioritise workload
  • Ability to develop effective working relationships with partners and suppliers
  • Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and manage budgets
  • Creative and innovative mindset
  • Understanding of business challenges
  • Ability to engage all levels of business stakeholders and drive desired outcomes
