Join a leading Regional Developer who have a proud reputation for high quality homes, they are seeking an Assistant Site Manager to oversee operations on one of their sites in Haywards Heath
About the role of Assistant Site Manager
Join a dedicated team, assisting the management of site staff, subcontractors and suppliers to ensure efficient and high-quality builds, while meeting production targets and budget requirements. You will be assisting the Site Manager and collaborating closely with the sales department and customers to guarantee exceptional customer satisfaction throughout the build process.
Responsibilities
- Assisting the supervision of subcontractors
- Maintain high-quality standards and customer satisfaction
- Continuous monitoring of HS&E on the development
- Monitor and inspect quality and presentation to ensure that the highest standards are being achieved
- Monitor and develop site staff
Requirements for the Assistant Site Manager
- Proven track record of working on new build sites
- Managing the builds inline with NHBC standard
- CSCS, 1st aid and SMSTS
