Facilities Manager

Permanent, Full time

Salary: £50,000 + Car Allowance (4.7k)

Location: Baker Street,  NW1 5RS

Our client is recruiting for an experienced Facilities Manager to manage a cluster of London TfL offices around Baker Street.

The Facilities Manager will understand how to deliver a seamless customer service while managing our M&E, plumbing and AC service streams to ensure an effective operational delivery.

As Facilities Manager, you would be responsible for managing subcontractor performance, site compliance (SFG20 standards) while being pivotal in developing an excellent client relationship.

The successful candidate will have excellent inter-personal skills and have previously worked on a facilities or service-driven contract.

They will be happy to move across 5-6 offices however all closely located in West London.

The successful candidate will have

• Proven understanding of Facilities Management
• Experience of managing engineering team
• Technical knowledge would be beneficial
• Experience of working against SFG20 standards
• Experience of delivering against KPIs and working with SLAs
• Excellent partnering, collaborative working, engagement, influencing and communication skills

You would be responsible for

• Day to day relationship with local intelligent client representatives and end users of the service
• Planned (PPM) and reactive maintenance delivery, managing principle and specialist supply chain partners
• Compliance with the safe system of work and agreed health and safety management controls
• Carrying out regular site audits and ensuring a contract quality and assurance regime, in line with customer guidelines
• Oversight and monitoring of additional small works activity (ranging up £25k)
• Undertaking/supporting general facilities contract management activities
