Great opportunity to work as a Warehouse Pick Operative for our client - A main distribution centre for major high street supermarket focused on homeware products.

Staffline is recruiting for Warehouse Pick Operatives in Sherburn-in-Elmet.

The rate of pay is:
- £11.95 per hour basic rate from Day 1
- Night premium is available between 10pm-6am - £2.36 extra per hour.

Overtime is available at this site after working either 36 or 48 hours dependant on rota pattern and is paid at time and a quarter.

This is a full time role working fixed shifts, 4 on 4 off, the hours of work are:
- 7am to 7pm
- 7pm to 7am
Or
Monday to Friday:
- 7am to 3.30pm
- 8am to 4.30pm
- 10.30am to 7pm

Your Time at Work

As a Warehouse Pick Operative your duties include:

- Goods In/Unloading
- Put away
- Picking (either manual or via automated functions)
- Despatch/Loading
- Returns

This role will involve lots of manual handling and some heavy lifting up to 25KG.

Our Perfect Worker

Our perfect worker will have accuracy whilst picking at speed and show good attention to detail.

Applicants must be physically fit as there is a lot of manual handling and some heavy lifting up to 25KG.

Previous warehouse experience is preferred but not essential as full training is provided.
