I am currently working with a large-scale London based Legal Services Client on an exciting Business Analyst opportunity paying between £70,000 - £85,000.

To be considered for this role, you must:
  • Positive and robust attitude with a high level of personal motivation
  • Professional Service experience is highly desirable
  • Strong and creative problem-solving skills
  • Identify and highlight improvement opportunities (proactively as well as reactively)
  • A highly motivated self-starter
    • Commercial acumen and awareness, including an understanding of the overall picture of Legal service delivery
    • Strong skills in Microsoft Office, including Visio and Excel
    • Practice in large scale, complex projects as well as handling day-to-day operational requests
    • Previous experience implementing Legal Practice Management Systems is highly beneficial
    • Comfort working in multiple project delivery methodologies (e.g. Agile, waterfall)

    Key responsibilities include:
    • Work closely with the current  Business Analyst on the project to define areas of focus and ways of working, to share the work while providing a seamless service to the project.
    • Work with project stakeholders to ensure that cost-effective, timely and appropriate solutions are implemented according to the firm’s needs and requirements.
    • Establish and maintain trusting, collaborative relationships and communication lines across all business areas and vendors.
    • Analyse how existing and proposed products and services can be better utilised and/or adopted by users.
    • Liaise with lawyers and business services teams to understand their operational processes, procedures, organisational structure, and issues.
    • Analyse and document business processes, identifying alternative solutions and new approaches where appropriate.
    • Employ written and verbal communication that clearly explains technical concepts using non-technical language.
    • Effectively communicate plans, insights and results to stakeholders: e.g. written communications, leading presentations, chairing workshops, and other means as appropriate.
