Resident Liaison Officer – East London – Social Housing Planned Works

Our client, a residential developer who have sites across London, are looking for a Resident Liaison Officer to join their Planned Works Divison on a project in East London. The client will need you to ensure seamless communication across all parties, progress the projects and ensure resident satisfaction. You will need to build relationships with residents and provide support and information during refurbishment and maintenance works, mitigating any dissatisfaction and resolving complaints and queries swiftly and efficiently. 

Key responsibilities:

  • Build positive relationships with residents 

  • Mitigate dissatisfaction with planned works 

  • Resolve complaints and queries swiftly and efficiently 

  • Visit tenants and advise on pre planned works 

  • Liaise with housing associations and build relationships with them

  • Work closely with project and site management team to ensure quality of customer service

  • Produce and collect tenancy approval forms

  • Ensure resident satisfaction 

Must have: 

  • Clean drivers license 

  • Minimum 2 years experience as an RLO within construction

  • Strong communication and customer service skills 

  • Positive and proactive attitude 

  • Excellent written English 

  • Able to work in a team

  • Competent computer skills
