We are currently looking to recruit an Administrator to join a leading Construction Company based on site it Dudley.  The role is to provide support to the site team working on a construction project working on a 15 month Fixed Term Contract.

DUTIES

Office Coordination: Ensure smooth day-to-day operations of the office, including handling correspondence, scheduling meetings, and managing office supplies.

Administrative Assistance: Support project managers and team members with administrative tasks, including preparing documents, reports, and presentations.

Customer Service: Manage incoming calls and emails, providing exceptional service to clients and stakeholders.

Data Management: Maintain accurate records and databases, ensuring all project documentation is up-to-date.

Compliance and Safety: Assist in maintaining compliance with company policies and industry regulations, including health and safety protocols.

PERSON SPECIFICATION

Experience: Previous experience in an administrative role, ideally within the construction sector.

Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook), excellent communication skills, and the ability to multitask effectively.

Attributes: Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a proactive, solution-oriented mindset.

Education: Relevant qualifications in office administration or a related field are advantageous.
