Senior Quantity Surveyor

A loyal client to Sphere Solutions are looking to appoint a Senior Quantity Surveyor, on a part time basis for a project in Gloucester.
At present, my client are happy to consider a candidate that can commit to 2-3 days per week, with hybrid working on offer.
Whilst working in this role you will be part of my clients Commercial team, reporting into a roaming Commercial Manager. The project in question is a 2 Storey, £12M, Mixed Use development for a well known Educational establishment. It will include Communal Space for students, Cafe, Costa Coffee, Communal Kitchen, and a Student Services area.
The ideal candidate for the role would have a good Main Contractor background.
Relevant Degree level qualifications would also be desired.
