Location: Chester
Job Type: Full-Time
Salary: £21,000 to £23,000 d.o.e.

They are currently seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join their team. If you are a proficient user of Microsoft Excel, with excellent organizational and customer service skills, we want to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office.
- Manage and organize files, databases, and correspondence.
- Prepare and edit documents, reports, and spreadsheets using Excel.
- Assist in scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Handle customer inquiries and provide outstanding customer service via phone, email, and in person.
- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary.
- Collaborate with team members to support various projects and tasks.
- Ensure accuracy and attention to detail in all aspects of work.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as an Admin Assistant or in a similar role.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel with the ability to create, format, and analyze data.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Exceptional customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications are a plus.
