CSC Recruitment are currently recruiting for x2 Document Controllers to work on fit out projects across London, mainly in Central London.

This contractor is based in Central London and specialise in the delivery or CAT A and B fit out projects up to £20 million, working with blue chip clients. They have an annual turnover more than £150million per annum.

For this role it is essential that you have previously worked as a Document Controller within the Construction industry.

This role is for a Document Controller with the ability and want to complete administrative tasks when needed. Duties include;

  • Offering a 360-degree administrative service to the site team.
  • Completing all document set up steps.
  • Administering all the pre-start documentation.
  • Supporting the site set up including job numbers with key suppliers.
  • Arrange site meetings and make sure everything is for visits.
  • Maintaining and recording all inductions.
  • Allocating all waste codes.
  • Uploading all information to internal management.
  • Managing and supporting the printing of any drawings.
  • Event and function planning.
  • Ensure the latest versions of drawings have been uploaded to the system
  • Distributing the relevant information to the site teams.
  • Make sure that the site office and all site documentation is being managed efficiently.
  • Support the chasing of subcontractor returns for O&Ms.
