We are working with a leading service provider in the North East to recruit a skilled Contract Manager for a permanent, full-time role (40 hours/week). The position offers a competitive salary, company vehicle or allowance, bonus, and an excellent benefits package.

- Ensure compliance with statutory and company procedures.
- Manage SHEQ risks and maintain a safe working environment.
- Build strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and subcontractors.
- Oversee service delivery across multiple locations, meeting SLA and KPI targets.
- Manage the contract's financial performance and ensure compliance through regular audits.
- Lead and develop a team through training and reviews.
- Proven experience in contract management within Facilities Management.
- Technical background in HVAC, with relevant qualifications (H&S, M&E, Legionella).
- Strong problem-solving skills, CAFM system experience, and a clean driving license.
- Excellent communication skills and adaptability.
