Are you an experienced HR Business Partner with strong HR generalist experience?

An exciting opportunity has arisen to join a successful, forward-thinking, and innovative company based in Cardiff with a global presence. We are seeking a HR Business Partner with generalist experience. As part of the HR team, you will work closely with Senior Management to deliver excellent HR practices across Personal Development, Pay & Reward, HR Resourcing, and Employee Relations.

Role: HR Business Partner

Salary: £50,000 per annum + benefits

Location: Hybrid / Cardiff

Fulltime, permanent

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with Leaders to design, develop, and implement organisational structures that align with and support business unit strategies.
• Provide HR guidance and support throughout the entire employee lifecycle, including:
• Supporting the development and evolution of compensation and benefits strategies.
• Partnering in the delivery of the annual pay review, negotiations, and year-end processes.
• Lead and support change management initiatives:
• Facilitate training, development, and career progression.
• Drive succession planning and talent development.
• Provide coaching and development support to managers.
• Champion the desired organisational culture and integrate ESG strategy into daily practices.
• Establish and maintain best-in-class HR policies, practices, and procedures.
• Work closely with colleagues, actively seeking and responding to feedback to ensure individual and business success.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

• CIPD Level 5 or equivalent related qualification
• Strong experience of working in a Business Partnering position, ideally within financial/corporate services and/or international organisations
• Proven track record of implementing solutions to enhance people processes
• The ability to effectively communicate with a range of stakeholders
• Ability to work autonomously with responsibility for your own workload
• Demonstrates genuine care, empathy, and a dependable nature.
