My client is seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Architectural Technologist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for design, strong technical skills, and the ability to bring concepts to life through precise technical drawings and project management. You will play a critical role in bridging the gap between design and construction, ensuring that our projects are delivered to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop detailed architectural drawings, technical designs, and specifications using CAD and BIM software (AutoCAD, Revit, etc.).
• Collaborate with architects, designers, and engineers to produce accurate and efficient technical solutions for various project types.
• Conduct site visits, surveys, and assessments to gather information and monitor construction progress, ensuring compliance with design intent and building regulations.
• Coordinate with clients, contractors, and consultants throughout the project lifecycle to address technical issues and provide design solutions.

Qualifications:

• Degree or diploma in Architectural Technology, Building Technology, or a related field.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and other relevant CAD/BIM software.
• Strong knowledge of building regulations, codes, and standards.
• Excellent technical drawing and design skills with a keen eye for detail.
