Part-time Office Coordinator

£12.38 per hour

Our client is a technology business that provide solutions for people with additional needs; they have recently won a large tender so have exceptional growth plans!
This role will be initially temporary, but they will have permanent positions in the future.
Duties and responsibilities for the Office coordinator:
- Perform all clerical tasks such as responding to emails and managing correspondence.
- Processing customer's orders via their online portal and the sales team.
- Liaising with suppliers and arranging delivery of products.
- Responding to customer enquiries
Skills and experience required for the Office coordinator:
- Proven experience as an administrator.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
