General Operative (Permanent Contract)
We are seeking a skilled General Operative to join our team on a permanent contract with our social housing client. This role offers a competitive salary of £24,000/£25,000 per annum and a range of benefits, including paid sick days, 25 days of holiday plus bank holidays, van and fuel card provided and a pension plan.
General Operative Key Responsibilities:
The general operative will support the General Builder in various tasks, including those related to the Damp and Mould team.
General Operative Requirements:
Experience: Proven experience in a general operative position, particularly in external rendering, bricklaying, and block work.
Driving License: A full, clean UK driving license is essential.
Company van and fuel card are provided.
Health and Safety: Adherence to all health and safety regulations and company standards is mandatory.
General Operative Role Benefits:
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM, with an early finish on Fridays.

Location: You will be working around the Cardiff area on various social housing projects.
