We have an amazing opportunity for a key client based in Cardiff for a Chartered Associate Director to head the buildings structures team of this successful multidiscipline consultancy.
If you have experience as a technical and commercial lead, with good team management skills we want to hear from you.
Our client wants to build the structures team and this will be part of your remit. You will be given carte blanche to expand this part of the business. Good local knowledge is vital, as is awareness of the market in the area and strong business acumen.
You will lead projects, develop your team and bring in clients. Your design ideas and technical ability will shape the future - are you ready for the challenge!
There will be no promotional ceiling and the opportunity to become a Partner is there if you want it!
