£16 - £17/hour + bonuses

TIG Welders opportunity with this high tech manufacturing company. The ideal candidate will have expertise in TIG welding and working with sheet metal to fabricate high-quality products. You will work from engineering drawings, setting up and operating welding equipment, and fabricating metal components to precise specifications.

Responsibilities:

- Interpret engineering drawings and blueprints to determine welding requirements

- Set up welding equipment and select proper welding techniques based on material and specifications

- TIG weld and fabricate sheet metal components to meet quality standards

- Conduct quality inspections to ensure finished products meet specifications

- Maintain a clean and safe work environment

- Collaborate with team members to optimise production processes and efficiency

Requirements:

- Proven experience as a Welder or Welder /Fabricator, with expertise in TIG welding sheet metal.

- Proficiency in reading and interpreting engineering drawings and blueprints

- Strong attention to detail and ability to work with precision

- Knowledge of welding equipment and techniques

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
