What You'll Do:

• Lead the charge in their preventative and predictive maintenance program
• Tackle breakdowns head-on, minimising downtime and keeping production flowing
• Manage and improve their facilities to create a safe, professional environment
• Work with cutting-edge equipment, including CNC machinery and advanced systems
• Collaborate with a dedicated team to ensure maximum plant availability

You're an Ideal Candidate If You Have:

• Strong mechanical skills with experience in electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems
• A proactive approach to problem-solving and a drive for continuous improvement
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to manage projects effectively

Bonus Points For:

• Experience with vacuum and conventional furnaces, presses, or resistance welding equipment
• Familiarity with EDM processes
