About the role: KS1 Teacher: We are looking for a passionate and dynamic KS1 Teacher to join our dedicated team in Hertfordshire. If you have a love for teaching and the drive to inspire young minds, this part-time role could be the perfect fit for you. You will play a pivotal role in nurturing our Year 1 and Year 2 students, helping them build foundational skills in literacy and numeracy, and fostering a love for learning in a supportive and inclusive environment.

Application Requirements: 

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
• Experience teaching in Key Stage 1 (desirable but not essential).
• A genuine passion for teaching and child development.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to create an engaging and inclusive classroom environment.

 Key Responsibilities: 

• Plan, prepare, and deliver high-quality lessons that cater to the diverse needs of our students.
• Foster a positive, inclusive, and supportive learning environment.
• Assess and monitor students' progress, providing constructive feedback.
• Collaborate with colleagues, parents, and guardians to support student learning and development.
• Participate in school events and extracurricular activities to enhance the school community.
