Commercial Property Fee Earner

One Step are working with a leading solicitor firm based in Somerset. They are looking to expand their team with a Commercial Property Fee Earner.
The ideal candidate would have previous experience within a similar position.
A Residential Conveyancer duty would include:
- Managing a varied caseload of commercial property work
- Ensuring all compliance requirements are met at all times
- Liaising with Lenders
- Analysing, drafting and preparing legal documentation
- Sales and purchases of commercial freehold and leasehold premises
- Dealing with matters covering commercial Landlord and Tennant matters
- Meeting all deadlines within the specified timeframes
- Ensuring prompt response to telephone and email enquiries
- Effectively use, maintain and managing the case management system whilst following the firm’s procedures
- Dealing with matters via phone calls, emails and face to face with clients and employees
- Consistently providing a high level of service to all clients. This could include professional, and knowledgeable and friendly service
- Business development, building new and maintaining current client relationships
- Supporting and training junior members of the team
- Running and managing your own case load to budget
Working days are Monday-Friday, 9am – 5pm with an hour unpaid lunch break. Salary banding is up for negotiation as this would depend on your experience.
