Position: Contracts Manager - High Rise
Location: East London
Salary: Up to £100,000 (Depending on Experience)
Immediate Start for the right candidate
The company are a main contractor in London, with an expected turnover of well over £100M. Their project size ranges from £20M to £100M. They work in affordable projects, covering associations and High Rise Residential.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage and oversee contracts, ensuring they meet quality, safety, and deadline standards.
• Collaborate with project teams and stakeholders to develop and execute project plans.
• Conduct site inspections, manage subcontractors, and troubleshoot any arising issues.
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards.
Qualifications and Requirements:
• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Contracts Manager.
• Proven track record in successfully managing projects in high-rise buildings.
• Strong understanding of industry regulations and safety standards.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team and independently when necessary.
• Relevant certifications and qualifications are highly desirable.
