Holt Engineering are seeking a Conformal Coater to join our manufacturing team in Fareham.
 
You will be joining a friendly and motivated team within a PCB manufacturing company who endeavour to be the first choice electronics manufacturer within the UK.
 
The Conformal Coater will play a critical role in applying protective coatings to electronic components and assemblies to ensure their reliability and longevity in various environments.
 
This role is working Monday to Thursday 7.30-16.00 with an early finish on the Fridays 14:30 and is paying £11.50-£13ph DOE
 
The main duties of the Conformal Coater will be:

• Applying conformal coatings to electronic components and PCB assemblies.
• Set up and maintain coating equipment
• Handle and store coating materials safely
• Inspect coated components for defects and make adjustments as necessary.
• Maintain accurate records of coating processes
• Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines when working with chemicals and coating equipment.
• Collaborate with engineering and production teams to continuously improve coating processes and quality standards.
• Monitor and manage coating material inventory

The successful Conformal Coater will need:

• Good Attention to detail
• Previous experience with application of Conformal Coating
• Good oral communication skills

• Ability to read engineering drawings/parts lists
