Role: Regional Support Manager (RGN)

Hours: Full time

Salary: £70-80k per annum with car allowance 

The Company

My client operates across South Wales and has plans to expand further North over the coming years. They are looking for someone with a strong clinincal background with a hands-on approach, who is able to oversee the homes across South Wales, reporting back to the Managing Director.

Key Responsibilities

You will work closely with the home managers to help grow the organization across the area and supporting a home without a manager or proactively troubleshooting and making improvements around quality, occupancy and growth. You will be an experienced care home manager and have experience of working closely with CQC and have an eye for detail to continuously improve the standards within a home. You will be passionate and motivated and want to make a difference wherever you are supporting, along with having strong personal goals around career progression.

Experience Required
  • Registered Manager’s experience in a nursing home
  • NMC Pin - essential
  • Management of all areas of the home including budgets and finance (P&L and EBITDA)
  • Deliver exceptional standards of care
  • Be willing to travel and stay overnight when required
  • Driving License
