As a Nursery Room Leader, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring that the day-to-day running of your room is efficient, safe, and child-centred.

Responsibilities:
- Overseeing the planning, implementation, and evaluation of engaging, age-appropriate activities that support children’s learning and development in line with the Early Years Foundation Stage framework
- Managing a team of nursery practitioners, providing guidance, support, and mentoring to ensure best practice and a high standard of care
- Building strong relationships with parents and carers, keeping them informed of their child’s progress and ensuring they feel part of their child’s early education journey
- Ensuring the safety and wellbeing of all children in your care, conducting regular risk assessments, and maintaining a clean and hygienic environment
- A full and recognised Level 3 qualification in Childcare
- Proven experience in an early years setting, ideally in a leadership or supervisory role
- A passion for working with young children and a deep understanding of child development
- Strong leadership and organizational skills with the ability to manage and motivate a team
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to build positive relationships with staff, children, and parents
