Care Team Lead Qualifications and Requirements:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, enabling the establishment of rapport and trust with both clients and staff.
- Exceptional organizational and time-management abilities, allowing for effective task prioritization.
- Knowledge of relevant legislation and regulations governing domiciliary care services.
- Compassionate, empathetic, and patient-centered approach to care provision.
- Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as necessary.
- Possession of a full driving license and access to a vehicle for travel between client locations.
