Graduate Hardware/Software Engineers - Oxfordshire

Overview

Responsibilities
* Resolving customer problems, creating support documentation, demonstrating products, testing new products, developing application solutions, and identifying opportunities for improved products and services
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve project goals
* Perform acceptance testing of new products and software to verify correct operation, prior to release to the market.
* Ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards

Qualifications
* Degree qualification in an engineering or technical discipline (electronics, mechanical, automotive or physics would be desirable
* Good mathematical ability in Pure and Applied maths i.e., Earth coordinate systems, basic Calculus, geometry & algebra
* Ability and interest in investigating and understanding complex technical issues and problems.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively

Day-to-day
* Collaborate with team members to plan and execute projects
* Analyse data and prepare reports for management
* Communicate with stakeholders to gather requirements and provide updates
* Stay updated on industry trends and best practices
