Multi-Skill Engineer - Midlands
Our client is a well-established Facilities Management company that has excelled and enjoyed record levels of growth in the past 2 years and now requires additional engineers to join their growing, friendly team.

Responsibilties:
- Service and Maintenance works for Commercial and Retail clients
- Assisting with/leading scheduled PPM contract visits
- Attending sites for urgent reactive works
- Liaising with office staff to progress jobs in an effective and timely manner
- Logging and submitting work reports electronically
- Ensuring high standards are always maintained and procedures adhered to
Person Specification:
Essential:
- IPAF Certification
- Full, clean Driving Licence
Desirable:
- At least two qualifications from; Gas, Plumbing & Heating, Electrical, Fabric
- 3+ years' experience
- PASMA Certification
- Proficient with IT (work is issued and reports filed electronically)
Additional Notes:
- The role will suit an experienced Engineer with qualifications and experience in multiple disciplines (disciplines covered by the company include Gas, Air Conditioning, Electrical, Plumbing & Heating, HVAC and Fabric works); with the salary on offer varying based on the experience and qualifications held by the successful applicant.
