Programme Manager - Construction, Salary: £70k + car allowance, excellent benefits and career opportunities, Regional travel to sites in the South West.

We require an experienced Project Manager to work for a leading business in the construction sector. Applicants will need to have experience as Programme Manager / Senior Project Manager within construction or closely related sector.

The role:

As a Programme Manager, you will lead the overall Project activities (multiple projects) for the South West Region, accountable for ensuring all members of the team operate safely and are focused on delivery on time, to cost and quality. You will ensure that customer requirements are achieved through effective project management. You will also support and manage the Project Managers, Installation and Technical teams, and liaise with the project support teams. Cost management will be part of this role to ensure effective planning.

 Candidate Requirements:

• Experience in a Programme Manager / Senior Project Manager capacity
• Effective communication and collaboration skills.
• People management, leading objective setting, maintaining training records and fostering a positive work culture.
• Analytical skills for data interpretation to assist process improvements.
• Preferably have ALLMI/CPCS Appointed Person qualification or knowledge of liftin operations, SMSTS, CSCS Black Card
• Project Management qualification e.g. APM PPQ or equivalent
• Valid UK driving licence.
