Electronic Test Engineer

Derby, Derbyshire

£35-40K plus bonus plus flexitime plus 25 days holiday

37.5 hours, Monday to Friday


Are you an Electronic Engineer looking for a hands on testing and faultfinding position where you can produce high end work in a niche sector.


Our client is a small, expanding Instrumentation specialist with a superb reputation with their worldwide clients and have won national awards for innovation.


Working in a small but very experienced team your work will have a huge career growth potential as the company continue to expand.


The role will focus on PCB testing and inspections, analysing results, and implementing corrective actions to ensure quality and compliance.

The Role

  1. Full time, permanent, office-based role offering flexitime
  2. PCB testing on complex and high value PCB boards
  3. Fault find down to component level
  4. Undertake pre-acceptance tests on completed products



The Person

  1. Academic and working background within Electronic Engineering with knowledge of both digital and analogue electronics
  2. Experience of following and developing test procedures
  3. Knowledge of PCB schematic/layout tools would be preferred.
