Job Title: Site Agent
Location: Leeds

Day Rate: £370 - £400 per day
PSR Solutions are recruiting on behalf of a Civil Engineering Tier 1 Main Contractor who are looking to employ an experienced Site Agent on a Freelance basis.
The contractor has several schemes in the Northern region, working predominantly on Yorkshire Water Framework projects. Typical project values completed by the contractor range from £30m - £120m.
As Site Agent you would report into a Project and Contracts Manager.
Role and duties:
- ITP's (inspection & test plan)
- Supervision of trades/ delivery teams
- Planning work packs and method statement/risk assessments for all work involved
- Chairing meetings, managing sub-contractors.
- Chairing stakeholder reviews. Mentoring team and ensuring training is kept up to date
- Attending planning and workshop
- Driving programme at a site level.
- Quantifying material and ordering through the procurement system
- Keeping accurate QA records on site progress.
- Reporting to weekly progress to Construction Manager and planning team.
- Working with the commercial team to build the scheme within budget
Experience/Qualifications:
- CSCS Card
- SSSTS / SMSTS
- HNC/HND or Equivalent
- Prior use of Microsoft Office Packages
- Use of AutoCAD
