Senior Quantity Surveyor

PSR are working with a leading Civil Engineering contractor, who after continued growth and success, are looking for a Senior Quantity Surveyor to provide commercial support on Clean and Waste water infrastructure projects.
As a Senior Quantity Surveyor with this business you will receive regular appraisals, and you will have a clear path for career progression.
Responsibilities as a Senior Quantity Surveyor:
- Help ensure that commercial processes are adhered to across the business unit
- Actively seek to improve processes and procedures
- Ensure that the supply chain is engaged appropriately with the correct contract terms and conditions
- Ensure robust, accurate and timely cost and value reporting at both project and business unit level.
- Ensure accurate cash flow reporting takes place.
- Carry out cost management including forecasting
The right Senior Quantity Surveyor will have:
- HND/degree in Quantity Surveying, or equivalent
- Previous experience in the civil engineering industry
- Familiarity with ICE/NEC forms of contract NEC3 or NEC4 and knowledge of current Construction Law
- Water experience
