We are looking for someone dynamic to join our team. Supporting two senior consultants, the Resourcer will be repsonsible for a variety of tasks to ensure the wider business targets are met. 

It is a job role that would suit someone who is great with administration, communicating with people and good with using different systems and computer platforms.

Main responsibilities:

• Supporting consultants throughout the recruitment process
• Candidate search
• Candidate screening calls
• Ensuring the CRM is updated and all compliance standards met
• Writing and posting job adverts
• Social media posts
• Candidate care and experience
• Finding job leads
• Adhoc projects

There is a possibility that this job role could go permanent dependent on the business needs and overall proformance of the individual. This role is a full time position in the office which is split between Yateley and Farnborough.
