Up to £16.50 p/hour = £34,320k + overtime/call out

West Midlands

We are looking for 2 experienced Roofers, ideally a duo who already have a working relationship to join a well-known maintenance contractor on a Permanent basis working on Commercial properties throughout the West Midlands

As a Roofer your duties will include:

• Minor works on flat and pitched

• Roofing repairs and maintenance

• Reactive and planned maintenance

• Travelling between sites on a daily basis

As a Roofer you will need:

• Experienced in roofing repairs and maintenance

• NVQ level 2 minimum

• Valid CSCS Card

• PASMA & MEWP/IPAF licence - Preffered but not essential

• Asbestos Awareness

• Working at height (desirable)

• Full Clean UK Driving Licence

• Enhanced DBS to be taken prior to commencing the role

• IT literate

• High standard of working

• Good communicator

The successful Roofers will be working for a successful business from their Birmingham office, but based working across the West Midlands region. This role would suit a duo who already have experience working together on Commercial properties. You will also receive a company van and fuel card, work wear, PPE, Phone, Tablet, 20 days holiday plus bank holidays, Pension contribution, Private Health care after completion of 6 month probation. There are great opportunities for overtime, which is paid at a higher rate. You will also be on call out 1 in every 6 weeks where you will receive £100 standby fee payment from door to door.
