Project Manager – Fit Out
Location: London
Salary: Upto £75k
We are working with a leading fit-out and refurbishment specialist in London who is looking for an experienced Project Manager to join their team. With a strong pipeline of work ahead, this is a great opportunity for someone with 5+ years of experience in project management within fit-out or refurbishment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead projects from start to finish, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget.
- Liaise with clients, subcontractors, engineers, and site teams to manage and coordinate project activities.
- Ensure health & safety compliance on-site and foster a zero-accident culture.
- Report to the Head of Projects, manage site programs, and develop detailed project milestones.
Must Have:
- 5+ years’ experience managing fit-out and refurbishment projects (Cat A & B preferred).
- Strong communication and leadership skills.
- Proven ability to deliver projects on time and on budget.
