We are currently recruiting for a Part Time Receptionist for a busy organisation in the Swindon area.
About the Receptionist Role:
- Permanent position
- Monday to Thursday, 1.15pm-6.15pm
- £13.50 per hour
- Public transport / parking available
Duties & Responsibilities for the Receptionist Role:
- Greeting patients on arrival
- Collecting payments & cashing up at the end of the day
- Scheduling appointments
- Answering telephone calls
- Responding to email enquiries
- Data entry & general admin duties
Skills / Attributes required for the Receptionist Role:
- Good organisational skills
- Ability to remain calm under pressure
- Excellent verbal & written communication skills
- Good PC skills including Microsoft Outlook
- Be smartly presented
- Flexibility to cover other staff members
