This role will focus on building and maintaining key partnerships to drive growth through affiliate channels while optimizing campaigns for maximum performance. Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage relationships with affiliate partners to grow revenue.
• Create and optimize campaigns using Google Ads and Analytics to maximize performance.
• Identify new affiliate opportunities, negotiate contracts, and onboard partners.
• Monitor affiliate performance and campaign metrics to ensure ROI and drive continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with internal teams to align strategies and ensure cohesive messaging.
• Stay updated on industry trends, tools, and best practices for affiliate marketing.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in affiliate marketing and partnership management.
• Strong proficiency in Google Ads and Google Analytics.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to track, analyze, and optimize campaign performance.
• Excellent relationship-building, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple campaigns and projects simultaneously.
