As a Senior Nurse, you will play a crucial role in the success of the home. Key responsibilities include:
  • Supporting the Deputy Clinical Manager with home management.
  • Providing clinical nursing leadership.
  • Ensuring high standards of resident care are maintained.
  • Leading and mentoring nursing staff.
  • Overseeing care plans and assessments.
  • Ensuring compliance with CQC standards.
  • Managing medication and treatments.
The ideal Senior Nurse candidate will have:
  • Registered Nurse qualification.
  • At least 3 years of leadership experience in an Older Persons Residential Nursing setting.
  • Strong knowledge of CQC standards.
  • Excellent communication and decision-making skills.
  • Ability to lead and mentor a team.
  • Commitment to delivering high-quality care.
