International digital imaging and healthcare brand requires a Sales Support Coordinator to provide support to the field sales team, including administration, conducting customer satisfaction surveys, managing the CRM data and supporting the dealer network.

As the Sales Support Coordinator you will be responsible for:
  • Key Account Support - reviewing service contracts and generating quotations, reviewing warranties and quotes, supporting Key Account Managers with events, monitoring tender opportunities and sharing insights, doing price checks and providing manuals and brochures.
  • Customer Satisfaction & Improvement - distributing customer satisfaction surveys to gather feedback, monitoring and managing survey responses, trends patterns and improvements
  • CRM Management - Track and monitor Sales opportunities, train new users, manage CRM maintenance by reviewing live data and cleaning, where necessary
  • Dealer Support - provide clients/customers with first line communication and support for all enquiries, generate quotations as requested by Business Development Manager, process purchase orders/credits
  • Business Processes - review, propose, participate in maintenance and changes to improve business processes and efficiencies, use and maintenance of SAP including data accuracy for customers and vendors.
  • Project Management - pro actively plan, lead and drive business projects, as required
The successful candidate for the role of Sales Support Coordinator will:
  • Have a minimum 2.1 in STEM related degree
  • Have some work experience either office based or retail
In return, the Sales Support Coordinator will receive a basic salary of £25,000 - 27,000 and an extra £840 per year to help with travel costs or the option to park on site and £500 home office furniture allowance. £300 well being allowance. You will also receive 27 days holiday (rising to 32) plus bank holidays. The company offers a company pension, private medical care, private dental, travel allowance, discount on products and more. Hours are 9-5.30 with an early finish on Fridays (option to start early/late as long as you work the core hours of 10-4pm) and excellent opportunities to progress.
