Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company goals and objectives.
- Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to exceed targets and deliver exceptional results.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners.
- Analyse market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth.
- Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and budgets to senior management.
- 3 years experience in sales leadership / management within a manufacturing industry.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
- Proven ability to develop and execute successful sales strategies.
