Learning Support Assistant

Qualiteach are looking for an experienced Learning Support Assistant to work in a mainstream sceondary school in Enfield asap. You will be working with pupils on a 1:1 and small group basis who need addtional support in all subjects and KS3-KS4 ages 11-16. All the pupils you will be supporting will be working from the UK National Curriculum within mainstream, but lessons will be adapted to meet their preferred learning style and ability. Due to the students' needs some will be more challenging than others and will get easily frustrated or overwhelmed in certain situations, which will then be displayed through their behaviour.
