Are you ready to take the next step in your career? We are working with a growing company specialising in social housing refurbishment. They are on the lookout for a motivated Assistant Quantity Surveyor to support their team!

About the Role:
As an Assistant Quantity Surveyor, you will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality refurbishment projects within the social housing sector. You’ll work closely with experienced professionals, gaining invaluable insights while contributing to projects that make a real difference in communities.

Location:
This position is based between Warrington and Manchester, with the flexibility of hybrid working arrangements to ensure a balanced work-life integration.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in preparing tender documents and contracts
- Support project managers in cost control and budget management
- Conduct site visits and contribute to project evaluations
- Collaborate with various stakeholders to ensure project success
- Provide assistance in project reporting and analysis

What They’re Looking For:
- A degree in Quantity Surveying
- Previous experience in the construction/building sector (social housing experience is a plus, but not essential)
- Strong analytical and communication skills
- A proactive attitude with a commitment to delivering excellence
