Dynamics 365 CE Functional Consultant (Remote, Greenfield Project)

6 - 12-month contract

We're seeking a dynamic D365 CE Functional Consultant who is strong in the Customer Service Module to join an enterprise end-user on a fully remote basis. This is a unique chance to be at the forefront of a greenfield project.

🔍 What We Need:

Proven expertise in D365 Customer Engagement (CE) and Customer Services Module. 

• Experience of Dynamics 365 Customer Service business application, specifically in Customer Service environments
• Customer Service and case management experience
• A strong track record in delivering exceptional customer service
• Ability to translate complex requirements into clear, user-friendly solutions
• Microsoft Power Platform experience
• Configuration of Tables, Views and Forms to support the Customer Services processes
• Configuration of Business Process Flows within the context of CRM
• Configuration of Security Roles
• Configuration of Workflows and Power Automate Flows
